NelsonHall’s acknowledgment certifies our international commitment and incites us to provide our clients with new solutions which meet their needs”.

Ivan Kotzev, NelsonHall Lead CX Analyst, said: “As brands look to reinvent their CX by targeting microjourneys and optimizing service/product details, Comdata brings strong consulting and technology experience for sub-process re-design, bot orchestration, and proactive support using machine learning.”

The NEAT (NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation and Assessment) is one of the most important models of assessment to estimate the suppliers’ ability to offer immediate benefits and deliver against clients’ future needs.
