Milan, October 22nd, 2020 – Comdata Group (“Comdata” or the “Company”), a leading global service provider in Customer Management, announced today that Mr. Maxime Didier has been appointed the Company’s Group CEO with immediate effect. Mr. Didier succeeds Alessandro Zunino who has resigned from the Company.

The Company’s Board of Directors thanks Alessandro Zunino for leading the Group during the last year and successfully navigating the complex situation created by the pandemic. In 2020, Comdata proved to be resilient during the Covid-19 pandemic and – thanks to its quick response to the crisis – has been able to deliver performance in line with pre-Covid-19 levels. 

Having been CEO of Comdata France since 2017, Mr. Didier retains this position alongside his new appointment as Group CEO. He brings a wealth of experience in the BPO-Customer Management sector through both his time leading Comdata in France where he was responsible for the consolidation of the French market and also as President of the French Contact Center Professional Association, a position he held for three years. 

Maxime Didier is supported by a talented and experienced team, well-positioning Comdata for its next phase of growth.

In the last five years, Comdata has achieved strong performance, becoming one of the top 10 Global Customer Management BPO providers. Turnover increased threefold from 2015 to 2019. 

The Covid-19 context has been a powerful accelerator of digital transformation and has opened new opportunities for growth. It is against this backdrop that the Board of Directors decided to appoint Maxime Didier as Group CEO to leverage technology-driven shifts in Customer Management.
