The closing of the agreement with its main financial partners will strengthen Comdata’s balance sheet allowing the Company to execute its strategic business plan.
Milan, August 6th, 2021 – Comdata Group (“Comdata” or the “Company”), a leading global service provider in Customer Management, announced today that it has completed the reorganization of its capital structure with its financial partners, strengthening the Company’s balance sheet and allowing the Company to develop its business activity.
As a result of completion of the reorganization, Comdata’s financial indebtedness will be significantly reduced and the reinstated debt will be characterized by more favourable interest payment terms. The Management of the Company increased its minority shareholding to 40%, with 50 keys managers participating in the equity structure, alongside sponsor Carlyle, while financial creditors converted part of their debt into equity-like participating financial instruments.
Moreover, in connection with the reorganization, the Company has issued privately placed notes due 2024 for a principal amount of Euro 25 million and admitted to listing on the Vienna MTF, to further sustain the business activities of the Company.
